Sales Executive Manchester £16,600 + OTE £25,000
A leading British Telecommunications Accredited wholesaler based in Manchester are seeking experienced Telesales Executives. You will be working within a friendly and motivational sales environment, quality calls over quantity is key.
Sales Executive Job Description
· Prospects and develops new business opportunities
· Making outbound quality sales calls all calls B2B
· Acts as a contact between our client and their existing and potential markets
· Gains a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
· Negotiates the terms of an agreement and closes sales
· Makes accurate and expedient cost calculations
· Providing businesses with quality quotes
· Making a minimum of 10 sales per week ( after probationary period)
· Interviews to be conducted 2nd August 2010
Skills / Experience
Consistent successful track record of achieving annual assigned sales quota
Proven success in customer interaction, customer service and deal closing
Ability to plan, direct and redirect during strategic sales engagements
Capability to successfully collaborate with internal team members
Ability to communicate at a highly effective level, phone or e-mail engagements
Intuitively understand when to invite superiors and subordinates into a sales cycle to increase opportunities for a successful close
Salary / Hours of Work / OTE
Salary £16,500
On Target Earnings £25,000
Hours of work 9.00am – 5.00 pm (No Weekends)
20 Days Holiday & Bank Holidays
Christmas Closedown
