JAPANESE SPEAKING RESERVATIONS AGENT MANCHESTER
A leading company in central Manchester are now looking for an Reservations Agent (Bilingual JAPANESE & English) to take calls/emails from customers wishing to make bookings (individuals and small groups)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Bookings are completed by telephone and by email
Communicate with customers in a professional, clear and effective manner
Process and check emails received from hotels
Negotiate prices and conditions
Load accurate rates and booking details into in-house system
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Experience or equivalent background in the travel industry
Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken and written English & JAPANESE
Ability to work under pressure and willingness to meet deadlines
Accurate with good attention to detail
Proficient in systems and Office applications
Professional With Excellent Interpersonal Skills
Salary & Package
Competitive salary £16,000 + Performance Bonus

Hours of work Sunday – Thursday 11.00 pm – 7.00 am –
