Legionella Risk Assessor North West  £25,000 + Benefits

Our client looking to recruit an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor with experience of Health & Safety

You must possess relevant experience risk assessment experience.

You will conduct a management assessment to determine if site staff have adequate knowledge and experience to understand and manage the risks of Legionella exposure. Along with producing a management and communication structure for the control of Legionella exposure within company.

Legionella Risk Assessor Job Description

A detailed and accurate schematic drawing of the water system to include the following:
All pipe work including dead and redundant pipe work
All assets from water storage tanks to wash hand basins
Source and direction of water flow to assets
Valves and instrumentation on the water system
Any chemical/biocide dosing systems present on the system
Where possible pipe material and size
Any area of non-conformance to regulations with details

Detailed assessment of all assets associated with the systems
Water storage tanks
Hot water storage vessels/heaters
Showers / Sinks
Process systems
Fire suppression systems
All other systems
An assessment of the water system usage
An assessment of the types and number of people likely to be exposed to the water systems under review
A priority based list of remedial work required to ensure compliance with legislation
A detailed control scheme for the on-going control of Legionella exposure
Photographs of the systems under review with specific emphasis on any systems posing a high risk of Legionella exposure

Salary upon experience £25,000 - £30.000
