The RA Agent will operate out of a drop-in centre and be required to: ?Issue RA cards to consultants ?Rectify Smartcard problems ?Respond to telephone and e-mail enquiries regarding RA issues ?Complete data entry requirements It is vital that successful RA Agent has: ?Previous RA Agent experience ?NHS experience ?Strong data entry skills ?Excellent communication skills
