Job Description: Desktop Support Technician / IT Technician / Helpdesk Kings Ride, Ascot £16,000 plus Benefits Our client represents for the public benefit the most diverse set of professionals in the construction industry. Within this role your main responsibilities will include Service desk support including logging all incoming support requests, resolving low level user issues and escalating more serious issues where appropriate. General systems administration will include management of system user accounts, user passwords, email mailboxes and computer network accounts. Additionally there will be the need for you to perform some server management including assisting with hardware and software upgrades when necessary. The successful candidate will have worked in a similar role previously and will be familiar with all MS Office products to an advanced level. It is essential that you have experience of providing technical support and systems administration including the use of a helpdesk system. Highly customer focussed, you will ensure that you provide the highest level of service possible whilst solving problems as quickly as possible. Analytical in your thinking, you will possess excellent problem solving abilities and you will have a strong interest in all things IT related. Networx is not a typical agency.
