The Position:
As a Resourcer within a highly successful and close knit team you will be an important new addition, supporting Recruitment Consultants who deliver clinical and scientific staffing solutions to clients across the UK. You will learn all about the pharmaceutical market work closely with Consultants to source new candidates and develop relationships with clients. You will be involved with key client projects and meets associates on a face to face basis, always representing the company and yourself to your full potential.
The Successful candidate:
Will be of graduate calibre, commercially astute and highly organised. Articulate and confident in approach, genuinely interested in recruitment and the opportunities available within business development environment. You will also possess entrepreneurial spirit, excellent organisational skills and desire to learn. Keen to progress your career within an organisation that is ethical, consultative and poised for significant growth within the next 12-24 months.
