Job Description: To proactively increase, the International Telesales' team product membership, by using the telephone as the main medium to contact UK and foreign expatriates with agreed targets, service levels and quality measures.
All candidates should be free to start on the 23rd August 2010.
Responsibilities:
* Handle Inbound Telephone Sales calls from Customers, converting calls into new registrations while performing to agreed Monthly targets.
* Qualifying sales leads to further increase the potential to convert into new Registrations.
* Generate Outbound Sales calls to pursue hot leads within your area, securing Registrations to the product range by following procedures and satisfying set standards of performance.
* Provide Customers with a high level of Service at all times ensuring that we provide customers with the right information to allow them to choose the right products for them.
* Build professional and lasting relationships with team colleagues and other departments within the business and maintaining open communication channels to promote the International Telesales Team in a positive light and assess opportunities to obtain sales leads.
* Regularly and accurately update all customer records on ensuring that data provided can be used for quality and factual purposes.
* Ensure that necessary administrative tasks are undertaken within set deadlines to ensure that an operational telephone service is provided.
* To keep abreast of Competitor activity and products sharing all new information with colleagues.
* To constantly analyse, improve and develop sales techniques through sales training, seminars, self-analysis and coaching.
* Manage ad-hoc projects as and when required giving regular updates and meeting set deadlines.
Specific Skills
* The jobholder will be expected to make decisions based on the customer needs bearing in mind business requirements.
* Capable of working on own initiative under pressure or heavy workloads incorporating flexible hours when circumstances arise.
* To have a polite and professional telephone manner and possess excellent customer skills with proven negotiating ability.
* Experience of working to and achieving targets within a outbound sales environment
* PC Literate.
* The jobholder must consider and abide by the Data Protection Act and the guidelines, regulations and standards set out by the relevant regulatory bodies.
