Detailed External Job Description
This role is responsible for recruiting for all vacancies within Information Management (Technology) and Finance. Covering a client group of over 1500 people across multiple national locations this position requires heavy involvement with both HR teams and senior management within the business. Your time will be split evenly between the two functions, recruiting everything from Management Accountants to Financial Controllers and Architects to Project Managers. You will need to work equally effectively at recruiting volume positions and individual executive requirements.
Leading a small team you will be expected to own all the reporting and KPI’s as well as driving best practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to take responsibility for delivering the end to end recruitment for two key support functions within highly engaged senior management teams.
The successful candidate should have experience of managing high profile stakeholders, strong influencing and organisational skills and have excellent knowledge of selection and assessment methods. From your experience you should also be able to demonstrate your motivation for excellent customer service and a continuous improvement ethos.

• The experience to work closely with your clients to clarify and define resource requirements and support and influence the internal and external recruitment process?
• The ability to run and support appropriate interview and selection processes to enable us to attract and recruit suitable employees?
• The skills to manage a number of critical vacancies efficiently and effectively in an environment of rapidly changing priorities?
• Advanced influencing, negotiation and relationship building/partnering skills (with both internal customers and external suppliers)?
Are you….?
• An experienced recruiter with advanced interviewing, problem solving and project management skills?
• Adept at developing and sustaining effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders?
• Able to work effectively with other areas of Resourcing to design and implement resourcing policy?
• SHL qualified?
