Job Description: Description: Fantastic client looking for a hard working but personable credit controller to join their friendly team temporarily to cover a maternity leave You will have to have an excellent working knowledge of the all round debt collection process and the role may include some purchase ledger as well as some reception cover if needed. Any previous international experience or knowledge of letters of credit and bills of exchange would be of great benefit A working knowledge of JDE would be beneficial but not imperative Hours of work are 8.30-4.30 Monday to Friday - Setting up new accounts - Establish Credit Limits - Credit Collections - Releasing orders - Knowledge of projections and forecasting - Purchase Ledger - Balance Confirmations - Reconciliation of ledgers - Reporting on age debt - Preparation of month end journals Hays Accountancy & Finance is a trading division of Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited and acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
