The Company:
Our client is a large interdealer broker company and they are currently looking to recruit a Cantonese and English speaker, for a Customer Support Analyst role. The position will be based in their City of London office and will involve shifts covering 24/7.
The Role:
The role will be to support interdealer brokerage customers from around the world on the client’s software system.
-Responsible for the successful management of customer satisfaction
-Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer, staff and vendor issues.
-Takes ownership of the end to end resolution of customer problems.
-Responsible for the logging registration of all enquires.
-Escalates high priority issues internally.
-Responsible for the execution of scheduled administrative tasks.
Candidate Profile:
Candidates must be fluent in English to mother tongue level, with full fluency in Cantonese. Education to at least degree level is essential.
-Strong written and communication skills.
-Excellent customer service skills.
-Knowledge of the FX Market / financial services would be a good advantage, although not essential.
-PC skills (MS office professional)
-Strong resilience to stress
Salary/Additional Information:
The basic salary for the role will be around £25.5K, however the company offers an excellent bonus scheme. The benefits package is outstanding with 28 days holiday, excellent overtime rates, private health and dental insurance, gym membership, 7.5% company contribution pension and season ticket loan. Candidates MUST be available to work shifts covering 24/7.
It is essential that candidates have the appropriate authority to work in the UK without restriction.
