Job Description: Customer Service Executive – READING - £15000-16000 + Bens
IT Security Specialist recognized in the market as one of the industry leaders are looking for a Customer Service Executive to work alongside the sale team and help maintain both customer and vendor relationships making sure that all client data is stored and updated correctly
To apply for this role applicants will need to ideally have 6 months minimum experience in a customer service role and be experienced in all Microsoft packages. Knowledge of CRM software would be beneficial but specific training will be given so applicants coming out of further education will also be considered.
Similar backgrounds include: Internal Sales, Telesales, Telemarketing, Customer Service, Sales Adminstrator, or Sales Support Executive.
You will be targeted on maintaining best relationships and will work with leading vendors such as Microsoft, Sophos, Symantec and McAfee. The role will be office based and as mentioned you will join an existing team and will also have a mentor to work alongside.
All applicants will be able to progress through the company and take on more responsibility and will also be able to receive vendor training that you can take forward in your career.
