Job Description: A Telecommunications Giant is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Middleware Specialist to provide support for incidents, problems and changes within the programme, and to ensure appropriate maintenance and patching activities are performed in line with the relevant policies.
Candidates MUST be Security Clearable.
This is a highly technical role requiring strong experience with Oracle Database, Financials and Middleware and support. Experience in JAVA is a great advantage but is not a vital requirement Previous IT Service Desk/Support experience is necessary to successfully fulfil the role.
Candidates MUST be Security Clearable.
Amongst other tasks, the chosen candidate will be responsible for building, deployment and ongoing support of Oracle Middleware and related applications and technologies in a clustered environment. He/She will work on impact analysis of change requests, bug fixing, and resolution of faults as per agreed SLAs. The Specialist will frequently update the record in HP Service Desk and thereby keep all the stake holders updated about problems. The successful candidate will work as part of the shift pattern in the service desk and be on call 2 weeks in 4. Candidates must be local enough to the job site be able to respond to out-of-hours incidents.
Candidates will need to be extremely disciplined, articulate and proactive in order to successfully fulfil the role.
