You will a very passionate and dedicated Chef De Partie with a proven track record in high quality 4/5 star hotel or restaurant. As Chef de Partie you will be expected to show attention to detail and a desire and passion to cook with the finest ingredients.This hotel has an excellent friendly, hard working brigade producing high standard food and you will need to have the ability to keep this standard up. As the Chef De Partie you will have the ability to run your own section and be able to work across other sections as required. The ideal Chef De Partie will have the ability to encourage and motivate other members of the brigade.Also you will be responsible for training and developing the demi chef de partie members of the team. Client Profile - Chef De Partie Our client is a contemporary Hotel based in Central London with a rosette restaurant to its name. Their decore is very modern yet comfortable.
