My client has one of the biggest presences on the UK high street. They are enjoying a period of unprecedented success, and as a result have embarked on a major expansion programme. With over 800 sites and more to follow they are looking for dynamic, proactive managers and assistant managers to join their team.
Your role will be to to lead and oversee the management of all aspects of the restaurant business.
Through coaching, developing, motivating and engaging all in store employees, create a culture to be proud of.
Through ‘beat year ago’ mentality you will ensure the continued growth and success of the brand by developing and communicating a breakthrough strategy which delivers outstanding business results
• Proactively develop team members and managers, ensuring a robust ‘talent pipeline’ is in place.
• Drive a high performance culture in storeYou will fully support and assist your RGM in maximising the profitability of the company.
• Create a customer focused environment
• Maximize the profitability of the restaurant by understanding and controlling all restaurant costs
• You will adopt a strong sales culture in your store, setting team members with clear sales targets for every shift to ensure the restaurant is consistently achieving the company standards and exceeding their KPI’s and goals.
YOU WILL BE:
• From a customer facing environment where you will have achieved a an excellent level of customer service.
• Able to demonstrate strong sales focus.
• Be experienced in managing a diverse workforce with an aspirational coaching approach.
• Have a strong understanding of Profit and Loss.
