Job Description: Working for the worlds leading retail foreign exchange company we are currently looking to recruit a team leader for our client in thier new branch in Ipswich. Role Purpose: Responsible for achieving all key performance objectives as set by the Regional Manager/Regional Support to include sales and personal development through effective performance management of the bureau team, building and maintaining excellent working relations with the supermarket management team, ensuring that outstanding customer service is delivered along with adhering to compliance & risk procedures to at all times. Demonstrate Core Values at all times: Integrity, Trust and Honesty Great Customer Service Results Focussed Believe in our people QUALIFICATIONS Essential GCSE grade A*-C or equivalent qualifications in English and Mathematics Basic IT skills to include Microsoft Office applications The ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills Proven experience within a supervisory or management role Working within a Direct Sales environment with targeted sales Cash handling experience Desirable Previous experience working within a foreign exchange, travel agency or banking environment Management training including BTEC National in Retail or Internal training programme We are an Employment Business and an Employment Agency as defined within The Conduct of Employment Agencies & Employment Businesses Regulations 2003
