Job Description: Air-conditioning Engineers required
Based in the Newcastle & Manchester Area
Mobile Roles, Temp and Perm available
Salary £26k to £28k depending on knowledge & experience

Client is a fast growing national building services provider of comprehensive maintenance services for commercial and public sector buildings including financial institutions, retail outlets, property specialists, corporate premises, government departments, education and health services. Due to Client winning new maintenance contracts they are actively looking to recruit the services of skilled and experienced air-conditioning engineers in the Newcastle and Manchester area.
Duties for this role include carrying out PPM, proactive and reactive maintenance works issued through the helpdesk at the client sites. Providing call out response for the client, while being fully aware of contractual requirements and customer needs at all times.
Must have worked for building services / FM clients looking after air-conditioning systems. You should have experience of servicing and maintaining air-conditioning units such as AHU, VRV, VRF, fan coil units, heat pumps, heating, cooling, ventilation, fresh air, filtration and control of humidity, filters, split units, chillers and fault finding via the BMS Systems.
Qualification: NVQ Level 2 Small Commercial Refrigeration & Airconditioning Systems
with Safe handling of refrigerants / F Gas certification (an advantage). Must hold a Full UK Driving License. Must be timeserved or have a proven employment history of working on airconditioning systems.
