Job Description: Our client is seeking a Senior Adjuster / Area Manager to work out of their Newcastle-upon-Tyne office and manage a team of Property Adjusters handling Domestic, HNW & Commercial losses up to £150,000 for various instructing principals, operating throughout the North East regions. You will report into the Regional Adjusting Manager and be responsible for the allocation of claims, service levels, technical output, staff appraisals & training / development etc. We are ideally looking for an experienced Manager and/or Adjuster; someone that enjoys managerial work, would relish the task of being responsible for a regional field force and can demonstrate a track record of ‘getting the best’ out of a team. This is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced manager or an Adjuster looking to get into management and you will be working for a market-leading Adjusting practice.
