Job Description: Sales Coordinator
�9 - �10 per hour
My client is currently seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to work with their busy team based in Croydon. The company is a large engineering and manufacturing company dealing with Water storage tanks.
The Role:
- Soft sales will be required to negotiate the contracts.
- Receive and review customer enquiries and issue quotation based on agreed margin criteria.
- The main duty within this role is to ensure that all quotes are provided accurately.
- You will be required to negotiate set prices and ensure that the quotes are correct.
- Reviewing all technology.
- Review and confirm sales order pack, finalise and issue electronic job file to administration team. Enter details into Great Plains contract management system.
- Ensuring that all problems are dealt with on a professional level and raised queries are notified to your manager.
Deal with post �sales customer queries or complaints. Take corrective action and report via Customer complaints procedure.
- Completing all projects to budget.
Who we are looking for:
- The successful applicant will have a wealth of experience within coordination roles.
- Good organisational skills
- Must be a confident communicator
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages essential.
- Good standard of secondary education or equivalent.
- Capable of controlling multiple projects.
- Sales negotiating skills
