Job Description: Our Client based in Coventry are looking for a Telesales Advisor, temporary to permanent position.
Hours of work are 39 hours per week
Monday–Thursday 8.30am–5.00 pm
Friday 8:30am-4:00pm
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a proven passion for sales to join our busy Telesales Team. You will be required to provide an outstanding service to all new and existing customers. This will involve increasing sales via the sourcing of new customers and the retention of existing ones.
The successful candidate will also:
•Input customer orders accurately and expediently on to the computer system
•Provide a high standard of customer care to all customers
•Provide support for our marketing campaigns
•Offer valuable administrative support to the Field Sales Team
•Follow up all leads through to a satisfactory conclusion for both the customer and the Company
Customer service experience is required, GCSE Maths & English or equivalent desirable.
