Job Description: Dealing with the allocating of properties in accordance with the Choice Based Lettings system under The Coventry Home-finder system and iaising with various Housing Associations in order to identify suitable properties for direct matches to enable Coventry City Council to discharge it's homeless duties under Part VII of The Housing Act 1996.
• Prioritising workload and managing allocating properties.
• Good Written/oral communications skills
• Previous experience essential of lettings/allocations.
• Experience of lettings and understanding of choice based lettings is essential to this role.
• Developed communicating skills, when dealing with Housing associations, homeless officers and clients.
• Knowledge of computerised systems and Microsoft Office software.
• Knowledge of updating databases e.g. Updating notes on Home-finder system and recording all details of offers in allocating book.
• Experience of arranging appointments for viewings for homeless offers.
Part Time 22.50hrs per week
09.00am to 17:30
