Job Description: Marketing Manager, Croydon The client: A leading Croydon based company with a range of successful and strong market leading brands. The role: You will be actively involved in delivering the company's marketing strategy, supporting the sales team to develop and execute marketing plans to develop new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for developing marketing plans to grow product usage, and manage PR campaigns to increase brand awareness. Additional experience of industry conferences, exhibitions and events is desirable, as is knowledge of product creation and launches. The candidate: The successful candidate will be an ambitious, highly competent, independent individual equally able to work well as a team player. The candidate must be able to adapt to a flexible and evolving working environment The following skills and experience are essential: �Experience in B2B marketing �Experience in online marketing and appreciation of e-commerce �Experience of product management and development �Knowledge of financial/insurance and travel sectors advantageous �Excellent computer skills including a good knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel, PowerPoint and the ability to grasp new software packages �Excellent written and creative skills �Strong attention to detail �Good communicator and team player �Strong numerate and analytical skills �The ability to work to strict deadlines and juggle numerous projects The package: £40-45k p.a. + company benefits
