Job Description: Our client currently has nearly 130 domiciliary care franchised offices and over 10 company owned 'best practices' centres around the UK. They offer a range of services designed to help people maintain, and retain, independence, dignity and security, in their own homes. Based in their Coventry office, you will work in a team providing care to clients each week. They are currently seeking a Care Co-ordinator to organise their staff with bookings to provide a service to older people in the local community. " Will hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care / or be working towards it. " Must be computer literate " Have knowledge of service provision in the care profession " Understanding of quality procedures " Good administration / planning and organisation skills " Knowledge of care principles " Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships " Must be able to interview and select potential care staff as well as carry out induction training All candidates must have a full UK license and own a car. Previous experience in the sector is essential.
