Job Description: Adecco acting as a recruitment agency is looking to recruit a HR Manager for a short term contract period of 6 months, for our Public Sector client based in the Crosby area of Liverpool.
The position is full time, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday and is paying up to £15.00 per hour.
The primary focus of the job is to provide a professional and comprehensive Human Resources Management advisory service to managers and staff in line with policy, current employment law and best practice.
You will be responsible for Employment Relations, Sickness management strategy and TUPE.
The successful candidate will;
• Have a Degree or equivalent experience
• CIPD Professional Qualification (Graduate or above)
• Agenda for Change rained Evaluator
• Have experience of working at HR advisor level
• Experience of managing employee relations matters
• Have experience of developing systems and processes
• Have previous experience of working within the Public sector
• Experience of managing/supervising staff
• Be an excellent communicator with the ability to influence and negotiate
• Have knowledge of HR Best Practice, Employment Law
• An understanding of Public Sector issues
• Knowledge of Equality and Diversity initiatives
