Job Description: We are recruiting for a Dutch speaking Analyst to join our client based in Reading. Applicants should be fluent in written and spoken Dutch and have experience of a similar role in order to be considered.
The role:
Your aim will be to provide excellent customer service and increase the efficiency of daily operations, resulting in increased value for the customer and the improvement of internal processes. You will need to ensure accurate data and reports are produced to strict deadlines. Key accountabilities/performance measures include:
•Evidence of domain experience of the companies products and services
•Excellent understanding of the companies Product Range
•Complex Problem Solving
•High Level Customer Reporting
•Ensure any required documentation is maintained according to agreed standards
•Identify and report all new business opportunities back to the Service Manager and Sales Lead
•Participate and conduct client meetings and some presentations as required.
•To provide an effective communication link between the customer, the team members and the Service Manager and Sales Lead.
•Validate and analyse dealer’s financial data and ensuring quality of that data based on pre-a
•Ensure quality of Financial Data on Output Reports to Customer agreed schedules
•Training and Support of Dealers
•Accurate documentation of Customer project Requirements
•Ensuring smooth release of Customer projects
•Own and control the registration/profile process
•Accurately log using Call logging software and see through to resolution Customer queries and issues.
•To participate in regular management meetings and to provide management information as and when required and on a timely manner.
•Provide timely and accurate information and figures to the Service Manager and Region for management, financial forecasting and improvement.
Who we’re looking for:
Applicants should be fluent in both written and spoken Dutch and have experience of a similar role. You will have an advanced knowledge of Excel and experience of working in a client environment working to tight deadlines. An organised, self motivated individual is required for this position and you will need to be able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and a flexible approach.
