Job Description: MARKETING MANAGER B2B - Croydon
We are currently recruiting for a MARKETING MANAGER with at least 5 years B2B experience within the financial/insurance and travel sectors. This long term opportunity is paying a basic salary up to £45k and will give potential candidates a chance to work an organisation that has offices in over 24 global locations.

This particular opportunity is working for a world leader in products for frequent and discerning travellers with a powerful portfolio of brands. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Working alongside the Sales & Marketing Director, you will be actively involved at both strategic and tactical level in delivering the company’s B2B marketing strategy and activity plan.
•Support delivery of B2B acquisition target by working with the sales team to develop and execute marketing plans including the development of appropriate sales support collateral to drive new business development opportunities at industry and sector level.
•Support delivery of B2B retention targets by working with the account management team to develop and execute marketing plan to grow business with existing customers e.g. increased usage
•Management of B2B PR/communications activity (press releases, white papers, e-newsletter campaigns, industry speaking opportunities, awards programmes) to create brand awareness and lead generation.
•On-going development of brand, sales collateral, client case studies.
•Planning and organisation of all aspects of B2B events activity from trade conferences, exhibitions, events.
•Identify and specify product / service requirements to meet the need of b2b customers
•Develop all the marketing aspects of new product launches including all creative aspects.
•Deliver a clear plan to communicate and engage with key b2b decision makers in agreed sectors.
•Ensure campaigns are completed on schedule, are run efficiently and within budget and reported accurately.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & EXPERIENCE:
•Experience in B2B marketing –Minimum 5 plus years
•Knowledge of financial/insurance and travel sectors a must
•Experience in online marketing and appreciation of e-commerce
•Experience of product management and development
•Excellent computer skills including a good knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel, PowerPoint and the ability to grasp new software packages
•Excellent written and creative skills
•Strong attention to detail
•Good communicator and team player
•Strong numerate and analytical skills
•The ability to work to strict deadlines and juggle numerous projects
