Job Description: My client are currently recruiting a highly motivated and dedicated Domiciliary Care Manager for an organisation for the Coventry area. You will be responsible for managing a number of support workers who provide a constant service, committed to developing the independence of service users who live in their own homes. Main responsibilities � To be accountable to the Proprietor � To have responsibility for all staff - to plan, allocate and evaluate the workload of all staff � To ensure successful operation of quality control systems � To ensure that all computerised and manual records are up to date � To write reports and maintain monitoring of service � To ensure all staff receive supervision and appraisals � To ensure training needs of all staff are met effectively - implement induction programmes and identify and provide for on-going training needs � To work within agreed budgets � To actively participate in the growth and development of the business. � To maintain administrative systems � To recruit, select and effectively supervise staff team � To maintain effective assessment and review procedures � To liaise with other agencies involved with the service user to ensure the provision of integrated services The ideal candidate: � Will have management experience of service provision in the care profession � Experience of financial management � Maintaining quality control systems � Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships � Have a strong background in Domiciliary Care Management � Have an Registered Managers Award or NVQ Level 4 or equivalent To apply please email a copy of your CV to hannah.baker@randstadcare.co.uk or for more information call Hannah on 0115 9644322
