Job Description: I seek a C# Head of Development with a C++, Java, Oracle or PHP background for a technology driven based market leader who are ending the outsourced development and need a Lead to help with team growth and product strategy. The company have doubled in size and the plan is to repeat this over the next 18 months. Theyare rewriting their C# SQL Server based product to be more web enabled and interface with other platforms such as kiosk, tablet, android, Iphone and Ipad. You will be expect to shape strategy, planning, architecture and methodologies of huge greenfield projects and in effect for all dev work in the future. As they recruit more Developers this year you will of course be the natural leader of that team. You will have 5 years programming experience and although the current technology is C# SQL Server you will be more than a MS Head.
