Job Description: Fully Supported Home Based Office - Multinational Tier 1 Company - Uncapped Commission Structure - Advancement Into Strategic Sales Or Management **Interviews Have Commenced - Immediate Interviews For Qualified Applicants** Job Title - Business Development Manager Location - Coventry & Surrounding Areas Salary - £25k-£30k Basic / £50k + OTE plus benefits (Company Car, Health, Pension) Industry - Merchant Services, Payment Processing, Card Acquiring, EPOS The Role This is a key role based here in the Midlands area, in which you will be charged with the responsibility of developing new business ventures with clients ranging from Hospitality, Leisure to Retail. The key to this role is the ability to handle a full sales cycle, from lead generation through to close and although this is a short sales cycle, the solution is truly world class and requires a consultative approach. With circa 8 face-to-face appointments per week, it is encouraged to think outside the box while developing new business. Whether it be through client referrals or business associations, you will have the flexibly to adapt your approach. Experience Required Due to the nature of the market and the solution based sell involved, you will be a new business hunter with the ability to listen and fully understand a client's needs and expectations. You will also represent this market leader in a professional manner, up holding their current market reputation. Sales experience within the merchant & payment processing sector is not necessary, however a proven track record in new business development is required.
