Job Description: Project Manager & Business Analyst - process improvement, data analysis, MI reporting, SLA agreements. Project Manager - Business Analyst is required by a global membership organisation. Based in the operations department this opportunity will be a key factor in the development, management and implementation of a major and continuous business improvement program. This will include meeting clients/business requirements, delivering effective MI and reporting, meet and exceed service level agreements. Skills will include business analysis, process improvement, project management, requirement gathering, data analysis, documentation, reporting and more. Projects will include SLA analysis, process re-engineering and client systems (CMS) integration. Applicants are required to have solid Project Management, Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Process improvement/change and MI reporting experience. (Please ensure your experience with all of these are clear on you CV). Skills must include change management, business process re-engineering and data analysis. You must have experience on various systems integration and SLA - process improvement projects across various business/client areas.
