Job Description: Our client's Global Dispute Resolution Group is one of the first choice practices for the complex, high-value international work of global corporations and financial institutions. They are currently recruiting a senior level associate (4-7 years PQE) with specialist capabilities. They are seeking the highest calibre candidates who wish to further their careers in a progressive, innovative and highly commercial practice. The Banking disputes practice works with the world's leading financial institutions on a broad range of complex problems and disputes which arise in the global market. In addition to more traditional banking disputes, they have particular strengths in disputes involving derivatives and structured finance and Islamic financing. The candidate should have experience of complex banking disputes with an expertise in derivatives, debt capital markets and structured products. Knowledge of the ISDA Master Agreement would be preferable. A strong academic background and sound litigation experience from a leading banking and finance practice is essential.
