Job Description: I am recruiting for an E-Commerce Executive to join a leading company based in Northamptonshire. As part of the Online Team you key task will be to improve the customer journey and achieve the highest possible conversion rates. You will apply your previous e-commerce experience to provide insight into trading patterns and trends, as well recommending enhancements and changes to the online content to ensure a user friendly and visually pleasing website. Other aspects of the position will include online reporting, managing third party design agencies and responding to customer feedback. The suitable candidates must have solid E-Commerce experience and have the proven ability to analyse and improve the user journey both before and after the online sale. As well as creative flair you must able to demonstrate good analytical skills as you will be regularly running and creating website reports and statistics. You will have the ability to consider the customer throughout your day to day role and ensure that they receive the highest level of service. Candidates are likely to come from an Ecommerce Manager, Ecommerce Executive or Conversion Executive position
