Job Description: ICONIC FASHION BRAND SEEKS VISUAL MERCHANDISE MANAGER FOR HEAD OFFICE BASED ROLE - FASHION, TRAVEL, CAREER PROSPECTS AND AN EXCELLENT £PACKAGE - WHAT MORE COULD YOU WANT? My Client is one of the world's best known fashion brands, and they are currently enjoying a period of unprecedented success. as a result they are now looking for a Visual Merchandise Manager to be based in their head office in Watford, and to be responsible across their European business. This is very much a multi- tasking role and you will be ; Responsible for delivering business strategies through Model Store Guidelines, where communication and strategy planning is key. Strong ability to achieve cohesiveness across all the divisions and understanding of commercial reports to ensure Brand right, Business right decisions when supporting the growth of the Division. Required -4 years experience in VM within retail; experience of managing a team -Demonstrated developing talent within a team & building morale to reach stretch goals -Effective project management skills, from initial idea through to execution. -Highly organized -Flexible -Excellent written & verbal communication skills -Microsoft Office -Experience managing a budget Desired -European retail experience -In Design & Photoshop experience The position, where constant development of direct reports is crucial, and presentations skills are used on day to day basis to elevate VM profile within the business and external partners.
