Job Description: Our Client an First Tier Supplier to Autlomotive OEMS is lokking to recruit a EU Project Manager this position will include extensive Travel. This position is responsible for project management of initiatives that will generate revenue or lead to revenue generation. This includes the coordination of any new MSP EU launch and implementations. This position will include, but is not be limited to, program deployment for new customers, expansion of the program in existing customers (i.e. Large scale purchased service transitions) and driving value to our customers through analysis in line with the STARS (Staffing Transparency Analytics and Reporting Systems) methodology. Responsibilities Coordinate and implement program launches for new and existing customers Develop and maintain project plan and timeline identify milestones and remove inhibitors Leverage and utilize internal team to ensure effective program launch Coordinate and liaise with internal functions (i.e. IT for b2bBuyer set-up; Finance for new customer set-up, etc.) Coordinate MSP customer and agency training including training team resources, materials and the training schedule as required Ensure all required documentation is maintained and delivered Liaise with legal and taxation counsel, translating feedback and requirements into changes to the program Lead corrective actions to ensure timely delivery Supports operations during first 3 months following go live or as required Completes post-launch Lessons Learned events internal, customer and agency Participate in EU sales activity as required (including but not limited to system demos and customer presentations) including travel as required Supports or leads (as directed) where large scale customer initiatives are required EU travel is required. (Current programs are in Germany, Sweden and the UK) Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required Project Management experience including use of MS Project or similar project tracking tool Staffing and/or MSP industry experience Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Any additional language skills would be advantageous to support future EU expansion (i.e. German, Swedish, etc.)
