Job Description: Technical Customer Service Support. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has a strong technical background and will learn quickly and is comfortable when dealing with customers to support and assist them in fault finding on AV equipment and Networks Essential 1. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills -verbal and written 2. Experience and knowledge of AV equipment or knowledge/experience on networks, 3 Team player , but also able to work on own initiative 4. World Class attitude to excellence in customer service. 5. Capable of understanding technical data The Role will involve Delivering outstanding technical support advice and guidance to customers which include - Resellers, Installer and End Customers. Communicating professionally, accurately and effectively with all customers over the telephone, via fax or e-mail to identify and resolve problems quickly or plan alternative resolutions. Being confident and familiar with advising and troubleshooting of networks, TCP/IP issues and AV / ICT electronic equipment. My client offers a salary of £18 21.500 with a bonus of up to £1500 depending on experience with excellent benefits after 6 months
