Job Description: Sales Advisor / Customer Service Advisor / Contact Centre / Call Centre - Personal Loans Solihull, West Midlands £14,000 - £16,000 Full Time approximately 37 hours a week Are you looking for a new challenge this year? Our client is part of the Arbuthnot Banking Group, and have been in business for over 50 years. During that time they have benefited from steady growth and see themselves as one of the strongest banks in the UK. They are currently looking for a professionally minded individual to join their Personal Loans department as a Sales advisor based in Solihull. They currently have sales targets in place that require an ambitious and sales driven candidate who wishes to pursue a challenging career within a successful sales team. Your main responsibility in this role will involve calling new and existing customers balanced with ensuring our pipeline is managed and existing customers are serviced effectively. Outbound calling to customers is a key aspect to this role and not only to drive business but also to obtain information where needed. You will be dealing with general enquiries with new and existing customers in a professional and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will talk to people with passion and enthusiasm about our business, motivated to build a rapport with the customer, have a positive approach to helping customers and be able to successfully manage difficult conversations. You must have strong communication skills and have accurate and efficient keyboard skills. The ideal candidate must be customer focussed and work proactively as part of a team. Previous Sales experience within a customer service environment would be advantageous. Although not essential a basic knowledge of lending application processes would assist with the key to success within this role.
