Job Description: Do you have a passion for customer services? Do you have strong leadership skills and the ability to prioritise? If so, this could be the role for you! Working for a successful, established company you would be responsible for supervising, leading and supporting the day to day activities of a team of customer service advisors. Main duties include ensuring that there is adequate staff available to cover peaks and troughs, controlling timekeeping, absence and holidays, monitoring and maintaining department service level goals, building and leading a strong and motivated team, assisting in the implementation of new procedures and ensuring that all key performance indicators set are monitored and achieved. The successful candidate will be customer focused, be a confident decision maker/ problem solver and the have ability to work under pressure. Previous leadership experience within a customer service environment is essential. Salary dependant on experience
