Job Description: The Business Analyst is expected to support the Service Level Manager in the implementation of new technologies with particular focus on the configuration, training, support and testing processes. Support the Service Level Manager in the costing and prioritisation of activity within agreed budgets.Work with end users and the Service Level Manager to analyse and prepare requests for change within the ITIL framework. Present requests for change to the Change Advisory Board. Support the Head of Development and Technology in the creation and deployment of approved requests for change. Support the unit and user testing of relevant releases in consultation with the Service Level Manager.Accurately update the configuration management database after each software release.A really excel literate accountant who has had a taste of project work and wants more AND is willing to come to Guernsey at least for 1 year. Our client may compromise on the location Guernsey if the candidate had strong commercial Fund Admin / Private Equity experience. Our client would also accept a part qualified accountant with strong knowledge of double entry. Either Excel, or strong report writing skills also essentaiI for this role
