Job Description: My client is looking for a Information Architect to join their existing team:- The Function The Architecture team of seven people manages the overall application and technical architectures and creates technical solutions to enable the clients business needs to be delivered. This role within the Architecture team offers the successful candidate the opportunity to develop the clients information architecture to deliver the flexibility and capability that our business needs. An opportunity in this role is to contribute to business thinking and to strongly influence solutions adopted when large changes are necessary. Key Role Responsibilities Co-operate with application and technology architects to deliver a holistic enterprise architecture Establish enterprise master data management as a core process within the company Create a data architecture with roadmaps and transition states Key Skills (please refer to attached details skills matrix) At least 5 years experience in data architecture Ability to think strategically and to work with abstract models. Logical and physical data modelling and analysis Experience of the techniques, technologies and standards employed in architecting data strategy Thorough understanding of the complete systems development life cycle. Excellent communication, meeting and presentation skills. Thorough understanding the Loyalty or Travel Sector business domains. Key Personal Capabilities Self starter able to introduce effective data architecture disciplines with a light, non-bureaucratic touch Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences both verbally and in writing. Preparedness to engage other communities in development of the Architecture. Provider of quality work, taking pride in timely and accurate delivery. Ability to manage a number of activities concurrently and to drive them to completion. Passion for excellence. Creative and analytic approach. Team Player
