Job Description: An IT solutions, Technology and Business Process Outsourcing organization is looking to bring in a number of senior BPM specialists to join their rapidly expanding BPM centre of excellence. Candidates must have a strong background with PEGA. They are willing to speak to candidates interested in technical architecture roles as well as those interested in pure consultancy roles. Responsibilities will include: *Convert business requirements into effective technical solutions *Business process modelling *Review and optimize architectures for business fit *Evaluate and recommend software designs and products that will evolve the organizational technical infrastructure *Understand client application architectures and aid in making architecture decisions *Prepare technical demo and present to clients as part of presales *Perform impact assessment and aid in deciding solution alternatives The successful candidate must have demonstrable experience in Business Process Management and experience modeling new business processes, conducting workshops and managing your client. Candidates must also be educated to at least degree level
