Job Description: Key requirements: Repairs/Mobile Systems (such as Civica Servitor, Consilium Total Repairs, Capita OPENContractor, Rocc, Opti-time, etc), Software Configuration, Application Support, Business Processes, Project Support, Gas Servicing, Materials, Van Stock, Stores e-Ordering and e-Invoicing. Code Red Associates (CRA) is a leading supplier of Permanent & Contract ICT resource to a variety of Blue Chip, SME & growing organisations throughout the UK. We are currently looking for an experienced Systems Support Analyst for a respected organisation with offices in the South West. The successful consultant will be a housing repairs and mobile working specialist. The purpose of the role is to provide project support within a housing repairs department currently changing materials provider and insourcing their gas service maintenance. As a result, you will have experience of supporting and configuring Housing Repairs/Mobile Systems (such as Civica Servitor, Consilium Total Repairs, Capita OPENContractor, Rocc, Opti-time, etc) and the associated business processes involved.
