Job Description: Support Analyst (helpdesk / first line support / second line support /applications / scripting) Swindon (SN1) £18,000 - £20,000 + benefits Capita's continued innovation and service excellence has resulted in an increased pipeline of future work. As such we are now looking to recruit additional Support Analyst to join our team based in Swindon. This is a true technical role where you will be using your previous experience of working helpdesk environment to support our customers. Aspects of the role as one of our Support Analysts include; Provide timely analysis of issues including first line investigating into the root cause of the problem; Manage resolution of calls within agreed Service Levels; Adhere to the Service Desk Procedures with regard to call logging, management and resolution; Build and maintain sound knowledge of the product base If you are currently working in a support role and want to develop your career by joining a FTSE 100 business and support both internal Capita customers and prestigious external clients then we would very much like to hear from you.
