Job Description: My client is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to support Enterprises/Training international partnerships and to allocate trainers to in house client training work in response to Client Development team request. Key accountabilities To work with the Senior L&D Consultant in ensuring the appropriate allocation of trainers to clients for Enterprise/training in house work To work with the Senior Client Development Manager (International) to manage a range of international partners to Enterprise/Training To assist in the review of new/potential partnerships ('Expressions of Interest), to ensure that those accepted meet set commercial, syllabus/educational criteria and professional and administrative standards To assist in the monitoring of short courses and certificate programmes offered by existing international partners, ensuring that internal quality and awarding/external body standards are met To communicate and agree with current international partners future programmes/schedules To ensure partners trainers are appropriately inducted and approved to Enterprise/Training standards To ensure that international partners are provided with updated course materials and content To develop good relationships with trainers, operations team and delegates, to provide high levels of customer service To manage and fulfil trainer requests from the client development team to agreed SLAs, acting as a central point of contact for the team and working with portfolio Business Managers to fulfil requests To undertake project/client work as required by the Senior L&D Consultant The jobholder is expected to keep-up-to-date with developments in the field of learning and training & development. Knowledge, qualifications and experience Graduate calibre Previous experience of working in a L&D environment with an understanding of course design and development Good commercial awareness Good organisational skills are essential and the ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure Stakeholder management, with strong communications skills, and the ability to build effective internal and external relationships Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills Good customer service skills The jobholder must be computer literate. Ability to analyse information and spot trends Ability to work under their own initiative Desirable skills Project management Languages Personal skills A good team player, happy to be distance managed (support in the office but not always from LM), happy to be managed by objectives
