Job Description: Do you pride yourself on providing a "Stand out from the crowd" 1st class customer service? We are looking for IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE CANDIDATES for a 6 month fixed term contract. Would you like a telephone based customer service role that is varied and challenging that also includes elements of administration? My Client is offering an excellent opportunity to join their team!! We are looking for candidates with call centre, insurance or banking customer service experience to be based within a friendly team environment located in very modern and welcoming offices. If you have solid customer service skills within a retail environment coupled with a graduate education you would also be considered. This role will be 80% based on the telephones receiving incoming calls from customers, you will take ownership of each call through to resolution so a sense of achievement and fulfilment is a key factor in this role. A clean credit history is needed as this role is based in a financial environment, Hours 8-4 or 10-6 Monday to Friday + 1 in every 4 Saturdays 9-1. Apply today immediate role
