Job Description: My client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join the Card Protection team on a part time basis. The role is responsible for providing a fast and responsive customer service including dealing with customer queries, making amendments and dealing with cancellations. Your main responsibilities will include: Processing claims Talking to customers/clients on the phone Arranging and actioning call backs Undertaking Policy Services duties including queries, amendments, cancellations, etc Other associated administration work In order to be successful in this role, you will have a good eye for detail, with previous customer service and administration experience including composing letters, an excellent telephone manner and be PC literate. You must also be extremely reliable, have excellent time keeping and be able to work on your own initiative. The part-time shift available is 5.45pm 10.00pm Monday to Friday (21¼ hours per week)
