Job Description: Sales Team Leader City Centre Permanent OTE £27K- £33K (through basic and uncapped commission) + great perks Are you looking to kick off 2012 with a brand new role? Are you looking for a fast moving career, with good progression prospects? Our client is a world leader in Healthcare, and is currently looking to recruit a Team Leader to work in their brand new state of the art call centre in Glasgow . The role will involve manage teams of up to 15 advisers, achieve team KPI's, monitor and develop team staff, sales coaching, hold regular team meetings and motivate staff to achieve individual KPI's. Shifts will generally be Monday to -Friday, 1 weeks of day shifts and 1 week of back shifts between 9am - 9pm, however occasional weekend shifts may be required. The ideal candidate will have a good customer service and sales background, management / supervisory experience including coaching, developing and mentoring staff and have a passion for delivering excellence.
