Job Description: Customer Care Team Leader (Customer Service) BLUC3341 Warrington Salary circa £23,000 plus Benefits Our client is a leading, Fortune Global 500 Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider focused on delivering complete design, engineering and manufacturing services to a range of industries. They now have an opportunity for a Customer Care Team Leader to join them to ensure that the service to the OEM customers and any related organisations is first clhass in the support of the OEM Parts Distribution contracts; supporting the service level agreements between the business and the OEM contracts to ensure that excellent communication is effected at all times. Within the role you will supervise and deal with day to day operational issues by actively taking responsibility for your area and owning the issues within it, effectively managing and developing staff which will be measured in terms of achievement of the team and individual objectives, team effectiveness, reduced staff input and cost per transaction, staff satisfaction and low staff turnover. You must review and suggest improvements to current processes and procedures and assist with the implementation of new ones, you will work closely with the Manager to assist team members in reaching their goals whilst motivating the team and being enthusiastic about the company and its goals. Candidates for this role must have excellent telephone and organisation skills as the ability to prioritise is important. Computer literate, with good keyboard accuracy, you should have first-rate Customer Service skills and accomplished supervisory / leadership experience with specific skills in grievance and disciplinary management and work performance.
