Job Description: Due to a large volume contract, my client in Sudbury is currently recruiting long term temporary Call Handlers to join their Call Centre. The Call Handler will be dealing with inbound calls to extend existing customer contracts, using side-selling methods and fantastic customer service skills. The essential qualities of the successful Call Handler candidate with be: - Excellent sales skills and experience - Proactive and positive attitude - Proven listening and verbal communication skills - Target-driven and motivated to make money - Own vehicle is essential due to unusual working hours, and living in Sudbury would be very beneficial The working hours required will be 40 hours from the following, spaced over 5 days including 1 weekend day: - Monday to Friday - 12:00 to 21:00 - Saturday - 08:00 to 18:00 - Sunday 09:00 to 17:00 Exciting incentives and a very achievable bonus scheme make this a great opportunity for anybody with a flare for customer service and sales over the telephone.
