Job Description: Customer Service Co-ordinator We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Services Co-ordinator to work within our client's Customer Services department in Dorking in Surrey. You will be responsible for the prioritisation and co-ordination of all customer service requests and the allocation of these requests to a team of 8 field based Customer Service Engineers. Your main objective will be to maximise customer service levels by the efficient and timely completion of these service requests. You will also be responsible for keeping customers informed of work progress and dealing with any customer issues that may arise as well as liaising with and controlling the day to day workload of the Engineers. You will naturally have a friendly confident personality with excellent customer service skills and at least 3 years experience in a similar role. Salary will be commensurate with experience the usual large company benefits including Private Health Insurance, contributory pension, and life assurance. Job Summary: *Based fromDorking Offices (candidates must live locally with no more than a 45 minute commute time). *Usual Office Hours, 09:00 - 17:30 (some flexibility may be required from time to time) *Job entails the logging, prioritising and allocation of customer service requests to a team of 8 field engineers. *Day to day management of field engineering resource including scheduling planned visits, holidays etc. as well as contracted response service calls. *Allocation of work and liaising with 3rd party contractors. Raising the appropriate purchase orders and supervising the job through to completion and to the customers' satisfaction. *Liaising closely with other departments within the organisation to ensure a seamless and timely resolution to service calls. *Aim is to maximise customer satisfaction by the prompt and efficient completion of service requests by the Engineers, whilst keeping the customer informed throughout the process. *Dealing with any customer issues, escalating where appropriate and managing the customers' expectations. *Candidate must be very personable and confident with excellent customer service skills *Ability to operate a computerised management system essential, with working knowledge of MS Word and Excel If the above sounds like you, do not hesitate to apply now
