Job Description:  Our client a company based on the outskirts of cardiff are looking for a call centre advisor to join their team. Welsh Speaking an advantage. They are looking for candidates with the following key skills and the flexibility to work the following shift pattern - Clear credit history essential because if successful financial checks will be carried out. 37 hours each week. Monday to Friday the shifts will be between 8am and 8pm with two late shifts each week. On a Saturday the hours are 8.30am-1.30pm and you will required to work 2 out 4 weekends each month when required. - Customer Services background - GCSE Or equivalent in English & Maths -IT Literate - Welsh (Written & Oral an advantage) -Strong Negotiation skills - Attention to Detail - Flexibility/adaptability - Positive " Can Do" attitude If you feel you are the right candidate for this role please send your cv across for the attn of Emma/Gaynor/Kerry to (url removed)
