Job Description: Job Title: Practice Partner/ Associate Location: East Kent Salary: £40,000 + excellent bonus scheme The Firm: My client is a young and rapidly growing Chartered Accountants, due to continue business development and repeat business the current Director is seeking a Partner/ Associate to assist with the busy work load and help expand the business further. The Role: Assisting the Direct with a portfolio of circa 130 clients, with predicted figures looking to at least double this for 2012. They have formed a number of strategic business alliances with companies who specialise in advanced tax strategies. This allows them to distinguish themselves from the average high street firm. The Candidate: My client is seeking an ACCA or ACA qualified accountant with a minimum of 3 years post qualified practice experience. You are likely to be either in a management/ associate position within a practice, with responsibilities for overseeing a portfolio of clients, or a sole practitioner with a client base/fee following. You must also have; A positive can do attitude; Technically strong with taxation and UK GAAP; Professional manner; Proficient in the use of Sage Accounts, Sage Payroll; Good management skills; The ability to demonstrate a sound commercial acumen. Desirable but not essential, the candidate will bring a client base following and expand upon this with ongoing networking/marketing.
